Your Path to ‘Homeowner’

At Oxford County Homes, we make the home-buying process simple and stress-free! We take pride in being one of the most efficient dealers in the Oxford County region with typical timelines around 3-6 months (for most homes) from contract signing. To be transparent on our process, below is a breakdown of the steps we’ll journey through together:

1. Determine Your Budget

Before selecting your dream home, it’s important to establish a budget. This will help you narrow down your options and ensure your home fits within your financial plan.

2. Get Pre-Approved for Financing

Secure financing approval to understand your loan options and determine how much you can borrow for your new home.

3. Choose Your Home & Land Location

Browse our selection of high-quality manufactured homes and available land options. Our team will help you find the perfect match for your lifestyle and budget.

4. Home Appraisal Process

An appraisal will be conducted to assess the value of your home and ensure it aligns with the financing requirements.

5. We’ll Order Your Home

Once everything is in place, we’ll order your home and start preparing for the next steps in the process.

6. Make Your Down Payment

Submit your down payment and discuss your monthly payment plan. We’ll be here to answer any questions about financing and affordability.

7. Confirm Closing or Completion Date

Our team will keep you updated on your home’s progress and confirm when everything will be ready for move-in.

8. Review Closing Statement & Costs

Before finalizing your home purchase, we’ll go over all the closing details, ensuring you understand the final costs and paperwork.

9. Final Walk-Through

Before closing, we’ll walk you through your new home to ensure everything meets your expectations and is move-in ready.

Congratulations ‘homeowner!’ Welcome Home.

Once everything is finalized, you’re ready to move in and enjoy your new home! At closing, we’ll give you the keys to your new home. From there, you’re ready to make the space yours!

Crafted With Care

To meet growing demand while preserving the craftsmanship we’re known for, we’ve expanded our in-house team of professionals to continue full general contracting services. This ensures every phase of your home installation—from site prep to finishing touches—is handled with care, precision, and pride.

As a family-owned business ourselves, we proudly partner with Pine Grove Homes, a family-owned manufacturer known for their exceptional attention to detail and commitment to building homes that stand the test of time. Their dedication mirrors our own: thoughtful craftsmanship, personalized service, and treating every project like it’s for family.

For specialized services such as plumbing, heating, and electrical, we work with experienced, licensed, and insured professionals who uphold the same high standards.

From the moment you sign to the day you close, you’re backed by a team that understands the value of home—not just as a place, but as a part of your story.
